How to Add Sitemap For Blogspot

Hey friends as we know Google Adsense needs sitemap of your blog to get approved by adsense and many people face this problem on how to add sitemap for your blog so we bring you the way to do so. Easy and great way . The important thing is to know how many posts you have in you blog. 

How to check how many posts you have ?

To check how many posts you have go here :- blogger.com

Now click on Posts and the number will be there in top right corner .

Now main thing is how to post your blog sitemap to google for this just follow the steps given below:-

1. Go to  Google Webmasters 
2. Sign in 
3. You will see the list of blogs that have been created by you
4. Choose your main blog
5. You have now landed to dashboard page where you can see crawl errors,search queries and sitemaps
6. click on the link on the right hand side of sitemaps as >>
7. Towards the top-right there is add/test sitemap
8. Click on it and it will come like this
   
   
   
   now just select the lines according to your number of posts and rest it will handle 
   
   
   For Blogs with posts less than 500:-
   

   atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500

   
   For Blogs with posts less than 1000:-
   

   For Blogs with post count is more than 500 but less than 1000 then submit the following two sitemaps instead:-
   

   atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
   atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=501&max-results=500

   
   For Blogs with posts less than 1500:-Similarly if your post count is greater than 1000 but less than 1500 then you will submit the following sitemaps and so on...
   

   atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
   atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=501&max-results=500
   atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1001&max-results=500
   
   
   
   
   After you have selected just click on submit sitemap and then you are done. 
   
   
   Note:- Google will take about 3 days to review each and every post and then you will be indexed and in this way keep on indexing and be on the google search engine :)
